He has appointed his three children Isha, Akash, and Anant to the board of Reliance Industries on Monday to start implementing a succession plan. Prior to the firm's annual general meeting, the board of Reliance met to ratify the appointment of Anant and the twins Isha and Akash as "non-executive directors of the company."

He handles India’s largest telecom business. He first started as Strategy Chief in Jio Infocomm and has played a major role in making Jio achieve greater heights. He is also the co-owner of Mumbai’s IPL team. 

Isha Ambani:
She leverages her experience as a director of Reliance Retail and Jio Platforms to bring a new perspective and entrepreneurial energy to JFSL. Before joining the commercial initiatives of Reliance Industries, she began her career with McKinsey & Company in the US, where she obtained invaluable expertise. 

Anant Ambani:
Anant Ambani, Isha Ambani’s twin brother leads Reliance Industries Ltd.'s energy business. He is also serving as a board member of Jio Platforms and Reliance Retail Ventures.
