Tata Realty to launch landmark residential project in Kochi

Tata Realty And Infrastructure Limited (TRIL), a 100 subsidiary of Tata Sons, today announced its plans to develop a landmark residential project at Kochi in Kerala. This marks the company’s entry into the second major city along the south-west coast of India, a press release issued here stated.

The TRIL team led by Ratanakar P Mahajan, vice-president business development, has chosen a centrally-located area in Kochi for the project. The neighbourhood is a high-end residential hub situated close to the Central Business District of Kochi and enjoys good connectivity and proximity to the economic centres of the city, the release said.

Built on an area of around 8.44-acres, this high-end water-front residential development would cost Rs625-crore involving construction of 1.64-million sq feet. The residential component would comprise two, three and four BHK apartment units and row houses.
