Here are highlights of the first ODI between India and West Indies in Guwahati.
India rode on skipper Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma's masterful centuries to register a comfortable eight-wicket win over the West Indies in the first One-Day International (ODI) of the five-match series in Guwahati on Sunday.
Chasing a stiff 324-run target, Kohli smashed 140 off 107 balls while Rohit remained unbeaten on 152 off 117 deliveries as India coasted to the victory with 47 balls to spare.
Earlier, Shimron Hetmyer scored 106 off 78 balls while opener Kieran Powell made 51 as West Indies posted a stiff 323 for eight after being sent into bat.
For India, Rishabh Pant made his ODI debut. He played as a pure batsman while Mahendra Singh Dhoni donned the wicket-keeping gloves.
India had thumped West Indies comprehensively in the Test series, winning 2-0, and started the ODI series on a similar note.
The Barsapara Stadium hosted its second international match after staging its debut game last year, a T20 between India and Australia.

The skipper tries to dab it towards square-leg for a single, the ball takes the leading edge and flies just over mid-wicket. That was a really close call. Nurse is not happy with the positioning of the fielder.

Thomas makes the mistake of dropping it short, Rohit pulls it stylishly for six. There was hardly any flourish of the bat, yet the ball went a long way. Pure class from the Hitman.
That was an expensive over for the Windies, 18 runs came from it.
