IPL 2021: From MS Dhoni's CSK to Virat Kohli's RCB - Prize money won by players and franchise

The winning side, under the leadership of MSD, received Rs 20 crore prize money and a trophy. All the players, support staff of the team received mementoes.

In the last season as a skipper, the Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) were beaten in the Eliminator and won Rs 8.75 crore for making the Playoffs.

Orange Cap – Ruturaj Gaikwad (CSK)

Surpassing KL Rahul in the list, CSK's Ruturaj Gaikwad scored 635 runs in 17 matches. He received Rs 10 lakh and a trophy.

Purple Cap – Harshal Patel (RCB)

Managed to equal the highest wicket-taking record for a season, Royal Challengers Bangalore's (RCB) Harshal Patel grabbed the purple cap.  The right-arm pacer had picked up 32 wickets from 15 matches and received Rs 10 lakh and a trophy.

Super Striker of the season – Shimron Hetmyer of Delhi Capitals (DC) received Rs 10 Lakh and a trophy
