Smashing in England, dating in India: KL Rahul's colourful love life evokes public interest ahead of World Cup 2019

In the past, Rahul had shared a number of pictures on his Instagram account with a girl named, Elixir Nahar. 

According to her Instagram bio, she is an anchor, a producer, and a digital host.

Many of their pics dated back to 2016 when India toured the West Indies.

In one of the images he shared, he even wrote, “@elixirnahar wishing u the best for tomorrow. Hope it's a start of bigger and better things to come.. sending you wishes and love all the way from West Indies. #lindalisten”

Rahul was rumoured to be dating Munna Michael debutante Nidhhi Agerwal.

When she was asked about it by Spotboye, she had said, "Yes, I did go out on dinner with Rahul. I and Rahul go back a long way. We have known each other since our teenage years before Rahul became a cricketer and I became an actress. Though we did not go to the same college in Bangalore, we have known each other for long."

In an interview to NDTV, Rahul also cleared the air on his relationship and said, "Can't a guy and girl be friends, is it so hard? I have known her for a long time, we both come from the same city. It's great to see the progress she is making in her field. We have known each other even when I was a cricketer and she was a Bollywood actress. It was not just me and her hanging out, there were three or four more people from Bangalore. It's good to catch up with friends and I assure you there is nothing happening. If I am seeing somebody, I'll make sure everybody knows. I will treat my woman like a princess and not do any hiding."

Rumour of Rahul dating Jannat actor Sonal Chauhan also are making the rounds.

During an interaction with Bollywood Bubble, when the actor was asked about it, she denied it and said, "No not at all. He is a very good cricketer, talented and nice guy."

The two don't have any pictures together but they did have a flirty Twitter banter back in 2018.

If a latest SpotBoye report is to be believed then Rahul was spotted praying at the Mount Mary Church, Mumbai with Akansha Ranjan Kapoor a few days before leaving for England.

Akansha Ranjan is very popular on social media with over lakh followers on Instagram and 8000+  on Twitter. She is Alia Bhatt's best friend and featured in Ankit Tiwari’s music video Tere Do Naina opposite Aparshakti Khurana.

From romantic dinners, movie dates to house parties - the two have been apparently hanging out with each other a lot lately. 

In April this year, she had put a sweet picture with the batsman and her actor-friend Athiya Shetty on her Instagram account.
