When Rohit met Yuvraj: ‘Our first interaction was not good’ reveals Mumbai skipper ahead of MI vs CSK IPL final- Watch

Rohit Sharma recalled that he first met Yuvraj Singh, he was in the team bus. He was sitting where Yuvraj used to sit usually. So when Yuvi entered the bus, he walked up to him and said ‘Tujhe pata hai ye kiski seat hai? (Do you know whose seat is this?)'. For Rohit, it was a tad-bit intimidating. In another story, Rohit Sharma was told to stay away from his future wife Ritika Sajdeh by Yuvraj Singh when he first saw her.  Rohit had talked about his first meeting with Ritika in the web-series 'Breakfast with Champions' with Gaurav Kapoor. 

Ritika is a sports manager and at that time was managing Yuvraj Singh who considers her ‘muh boli behan'. Rohit said, 'I was shooting with some senior members of the Indian team including Yuvraj Singh. When I met Yuvi in his tralier, Ritika was there. But Yuvraj told me straight away that Ritika was his sister and I should not even look at her.' 

Rohit later talked to Ritika during the same shoot when she offered him help. They became good friends later and soon started dating. Rohit and Rithika got married on December 13, 2015, after dating for about 6 years. (Image: Instagram)
