Virat Kohli and Co. have touched down in England and are gearing up for the quadrennial event.

The Men in Blue have already participated in a warm-up match against New Zealand and will be playing Bangladesh in their last preparatory stop ahead of the 2019 World Cup.

With India begin one of the favourites to lift the trophy, not just fans and cricketing legends but also many footballers are pouring in their love and wishes for the skipper and Team India.

Brazil international and Chelsea defender David Luiz had a special message for the Indian cricket team and skipper Virat Kohli.

He revealed he will be supporting the Men in Blue at the ICC World Cup 2019.

In a video message, Luiz wished Kohli and Team India good luck for the showpiece event.

He said, "Hello, Virat Kohli! Good luck for the World Cup and God bless you and your team. I am going to be supporting you. See you soon!”

Earlier, just before India’s first warm-up match, Kohli met Harry Kane, captain of England’s football team on Friday.

Kane and Kohli have been admirers of each other in their respective sport.

While Kane has tweeted about the Indian number 18’s brilliance, Kohli too, has sung praises for the World Cup and three-times Premier League golden boot winner.

Harry Kane posted this picture on his social media accounts with a header: “After a few tweets in the last couple of years good to finally meet Virat Kohli. A great guy and a brilliant sportsman.”

Luiz has started in 49 matches in all competitions for the Blues as they finished third in the Premier League table while entering the final of Europa League.
