Meanwhile, in Kandy on Tuesday, Captain Rohit Sharma and Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar announced the Indian squad for the ODI World Cup. The selectors have carefully chosen a formidable 15-man team for the highly anticipated event, set to commence on October 5 in India.
