Pravin Tambe already created history in CPL 2020 when he became the first Indian male player to play in an overseas T20 league. At the age of 48, he is already one of the oldest. However, his feats on the cricket field have been sensational so far. During the CPL 2020 game between Trinbago Knight Riders and St Kitts and Nevis Patriots at the Brian Lara stadium in Tarouba, Pravin Tambe’s fielding efforts was the toast on social media as everybody appreciated his magnificent effort.

The Australian batsman tried the reverse sweep but got a top edge to short third man, Pravin Tambe ran to his right, dived and tumbled to take a brilliant catch. Social media meltdown

The efforts of Pravin Tambe was sensational and it sent social media into a frenzy. The Indian legspinner backed it up with 1/9 from four overs, the wicket being of Joshua Da Silva. St Kitts and Nevis Patriots ended their horror CPL 2020 run by being bowled out for 77 and Trinbago Knight Riders made it the perfect 10 by winning under 12 overs and topping the points table comfortably. Trinbago Knight Riders will take on the Jamaica Tallawahs in one of the semi-finals on Tuesday while the second match will be between the Guyana Amazon Warriors and the St Lucia Zouks. Trinbago Knight Riders won the CPL title in 2017 and 2018 while in 2019, the Barbados Tridents won the tournament. Trinbago Knight Riders will be determined to win the tournament without a single loss and that will be the first time a team achieves such a feat in a global T20 league.
