On Friday, Yuvraj Singh recorded a feat that aptly reflects his struggle with the bat this season.

Yuvraj Singh's torrid Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018 campaign continued as he registered yet another poor score in Kings XI Punjab's (KXIP) defeat against Mumbai Indians (MI) on Friday.

Yuvi, who has represented multiple franchises in the cash-rich T20 tournament, is playing for his team this season. But that hasn't helped his cause at all as he has looked a pale shadow of himself thus far.

The southpaw scored a run a ball 14 against MI on Friday as his team went on to lose by six wickets at the Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore. With that score, Yuvraj recorded a feat that aptly reflects his struggle with the bat. The 36-year-old now has a strike-rate of 91.42 in IPL 2018, which is the worst for any player who has faced 50 deliveries or more this season. Yuvraj has played seven matches, making 64 runs at an average of 12.80.

Twitter has lost patience with Yuvi's dismal form this season and voiced its opinion after the match.

The man has played a pivotal role in two World Cup triumphs for India, but it seems Yuvraj Singh's end is nearing.
