This exchange comes on the heels of a heated social media spat between the two just a month ago. Akmal had made racist remarks about Arshdeep Singh's religion, prompting Harbhajan to strongly condemn his comments and urge him to educate himself on Sikh history before making such statements. In response, Akmal issued a public apology to Harbhajan and the entire Sikh community.

Pakistan legends dominated their Indian counterparts in a thrilling match in Birmingham on Saturday, securing a resounding victory by scoring an impressive 243 runs in just 20 overs. The dynamic opening partnership of 145 runs between Kamran Akmal and Sharjeel Khan set the stage for this commanding total. Not to be outdone, Sohaib Maqsood and Shoaib Malik also made valuable contributions with their quick-fire cameos.

On the other side, Suresh Raina was the lone Indian legends batter to surpass the 50-run mark, as they struggled to match the pace set by Pakistan. The bowling prowess of Wahab Riaz and Shoaib Malik shone through as they each claimed 3 wickets, limiting their Indian opponents to a mere 175/9 in their allotted 20 overs.

Looking ahead, India will face off against Australia, while Pakistan is set to clash with England in what promises to be another thrilling encounter.
