IPL 2018 Orange Cap: MS Dhoni enters top 3, Ambati Rayudu remains on top of run-scorers list after Match 36
Here are the top ten run-scorers of Indian Premier League 2018 after Match 36.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni made his way to the top three of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018 run-scorers list on Saturday. His Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team-mate Ambati Rayudu maintained his lead at the top after Match 36.
Dhoni made a quick-fire, unbeaten 23-ball 31 in CSK's win against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Rayudu, too, 32 off 25 to cement his place at the top.
In the second match on Saturday, Delhi Daredevils (DD) keeper-batsman Rishabh Pant continued to occupy the second position in the run-scorers list thanks to a 19-ball 18. His team, however, lost a close contest against table-toppers Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
The Orange Army got over the line due to a crucial knock from skipper Kane Williamson. The New Zealander remained unbeaten on 32 off 30, hitting the winning runs. In the process, he climbed his way to fifth position on the run-scorers list.
RCB skipper Virat Kohli held on to his fourth place on the table.
