Krunal Pandya was 'Player of the Match' for his spell of 4/36 in the third T20I.

Krunal Pandya had a mixed bag of performances in the T20I series against Australia. The all-rounder went for many runs in the first match. Glenn Maxwell smashed him for three consecutive sixes during the match. He had a poor outing with the bat too and was dismissed for just 2 runs.

Pandya, however, did well in the next two matches becoming the star of India's win the third and final match with spell of 4/36.

Krunal, who is competing in the team for the all-rounders' place with his younger brother Hardik Pandya, said that he didn't get any sympathy from him. Hardik is currently out of the team due to injury.

Krunal revealed that Hardik was joking and laughing to see him go for so many runs in the first game.

"Hardik and I don't talk much about cricket. He was joking and laughing that I went for so many runs. I also joke when he plays poorly. That's all we talk about cricket," he said talking to media after the third match.

Krunal Pandya had the last laugh though as he was adjudged the 'Player of the Match' for his spell of 4-0-36-4 in the final and third match the T20I series.
