Mayank Agarwal, Mohammed Siraj receive maiden Test call; India announce squad for home series vs West Indies

Mayank Agarwal and Mohammad Siraj got their maiden Test call on Saturday when the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced 15-man squad for the upcoming two-Test series against West Indies.

Mayank Agarwal and Mohammad Siraj got their maiden Test call on Saturday when the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced 15-man squad for the upcoming two-Test series against West Indies.

The players including Shikhar Dhawan, Karun Nair, Murali Vijay, Dinesh Karthik and Jasprit Bumrah, who were a part of India’s squad that recently played five Tests in England, have been dropped.

The first Test will be played at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot from October 4-9, 2018 followed by the second Test at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad from October 12-16, 2018.
