Team India pacer Mohammed Siraj, has bought a brand new BMW car for himself after attaining a huge success in his first tour to Australia. Siraj, made his debut for India in Tests in the second game of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy at the MCG. He ended up as the highest wicket-taker for India in the series with 13 scalps.
Siraj, who made his debut at the age of 26 for India in Test matches, wanted his father to see him fulfill his dream of representing the country. As, India's injury count started piling up, Siraj's responsibilities kept rising and he was the senior bowler in the final match of the series against Australia.
Siraj, picked his maiden five wicket-haul as he ended up with figures of 5/73 and finished the series as the highest wicket taker for India.
Siraj, who had lost his father in November decided to stay back in Australia with the squad and paid his respects to his late father after returning to his home in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Siraj, put a video on his Instagram of going through his new blue-coloured BMW car which he bought after returning from a historic and successful tour of Australia, writing, "Alhamdullilah (By God's grace)".
