The Indian cricket team has posted a video of dressing room all cheerful after their magnificent effort in drawing the Sydney Test against Australia.

The Indian cricket team batted 131 overs to save the Sydney Test against Australia, which is the most they have batted outside of Asia in the fourth innings after 41 years. The Indian cricket team withstood plenty of sledging and aggression from the Australian cricket team, who shattered their nice guys image after maintaining it for 18 months with a poor display of their behaviour. In the end, it took an epic 42-over stand between Hanuma Vihari and Ravichandran Ashwin to help India save the Sydney Test and ensure that the Border-Gavaskar series remained 1-1 heading into the Brisbane Test on January 15. Cricket Australia and the official Instagram handle of the Indian cricket team shared videos of the reaction of the Indian cricket team in their dressing room once the match ended.

We've got you visuals from inside the dressing room post the historic draw at SCG. Moments to savour for a long time for #TeamIndia," the caption in the Instagram video read. The video csees Ajinkya Rahane giving a high five to both Ravichandran Ashwin and Hanuma Vihari. The captain then proceeds to give Hanuma Vihari a big hug for his marathon effort followed by the rest of the Indian cricket team members. Even head coach Ravi Shastri joins in the celebrations.

The whole Indian cricket team is seen congratulating each other for the efforts, with special thanks to Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja. In the Cricket Australia video, the action is captured after the end of the Test match. Ajinkya Rahane steps out on the field and gives a big hug to Ravichandran Ashwin and Hanuma Vihari while there is calm exchanges of friendship between the Indian cricket team and the Australian cricket team.

Sydney Test once again sees tension

The Sydney Test between India and Australia once again saw tension between both sides. The final day saw Australia going after the Indian cricket team aggressively, with Tim Paine sledging R Ashwin and also asking both Hanuma Vihari and Ashwin to get on with the game.

Off the field, there was an even more serious incident which took place when Mohammed Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah were targets of racial insults by a specific section of the crowd. The crowd were later ejected out of the stadium and there was universal condemnation for their actions, with Cricket Australia promising a tough enquiry into the matter.

The fourth and final Test will be played at the Gabba in Brisbane, a venue where Australia have not lost for 32 years.
