Former Team India skipper Sourav Ganguly has lauded the West Bengal Police for their tireless effort to get things back to normal after the state faced the devastating wrath of cyclone Amphan.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president on Friday shared a video of Debasmita Das (Deputy Commissioner of Police, South East Division, Kolkata), where he and his fellow police officials can be seen trying their best to get rid of the debris from the street to make them accessible.
"So proud of kolkata police@kolkata police," Ganguly captioned his post on Twitter.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday said: "Till now, 72 people have died due to cyclone Amphan. I announce a compensation of Rs 2.5 lakh each to the families of those who died in the cyclone."
Amphan is the fiercest cyclone to hit the state in the last 100 years, reports said.
Kolkata and several parts of West Bengal wore a battered look on Thursday after 'Amphan' ripped through the state. The heavy wind and rain blew up shanties, uprooted thousands of trees, electricity poles and telecom towers and flooded low-lying areas.
Kolkata witnessed strong winds with speed up to 125 kmph per hour with heavy rains which upturned cars, felled trees and electricity poles, blocking important roads and intersections.
