After Tim Paine's banter with Rohit Sharma, the Australian captain targetted Rishabh Pant on Friday.

Australian captain Tim Paine is getting much attention for his 'creative' sledging from behind the stumps in the ongoing Test series against India.

After Paine's banter with Rohit Sharma in the first innings of the third Test match at the MCG went viral, his witty chitchat was targetted at Rishabh Pant on Friday.

Paine, who scored 22 runs in Australia's first innings of 151, was his ususal chatty self while keeping the wickets in India's second innings too.

As Rishabh Pant was trying to negotiate the final few overs of the day, Paine asked the Indian wicketkeeper to come and play the Big Bash League. Paine invited Pant to play for BBL franchise Hobart Hurricanes as MS Dhoni will replace Pant in the upcoming limited-overs series for India.

"Big MS Dhoni is back in the one-day squad. We might this bloke down at the Hurricanes," Paine was caught saying on stumps mic.

Pant will be free of international commitments after he was recently dropped from India’s ODI squad for the upcoming three-match series starting on January 12.
