A sea of green roared in support at Edgbaston and the intensity was of seismic proportions as Pakistan repeat the script of the 1992 World Cup win. With each win Pakistan gets, they inch a step closer towards the semi-finals of the World Cup 2019.

The game turned out to be special for Pak fans and what made it even more special was how cricket united two countries after the victory.

The blue army came out in support of Sarfaraz Ahmed-led Pakistan side. A video of an Indian and Pakistani breaking into a leisurely dance in Birmingham is also going viral.

While the Pak man sports the national flag wrapped around his neck, the Indian fan - wearing the Indian jersey -  joins him and shakes a leg.

While many say that the reason the desis are batting for the men in green is that they wish to see both the teams again battle it out at the semi-final stage.

As of now, with seven points and games against Afghanistan and Bangladesh, Sarfaraz Ahmed’s team look to grab all their chances should England fail to chalk up wins from their remaining two games.
