Today, Team India has a busy schedule ahead. In addition to their meeting with PM Narendra Modi, they will be attending a felicitation function hosted by the BCCI at the iconic Wankhede Stadium. Fans of the Indian team are invited to join the celebration at the stadium, with free entry available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, the team will be embarking on an open bus trophy tour throughout Mumbai, allowing fans to catch a glimpse of their favorite players and the coveted T20 World Cup trophy.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has awarded the World Cup-winning team with a prize money of INR 125 crore. BCCI Secretary Jay Shah had previously announced the prize money for Rohit Sharma and his team following their victorious triumph in the T20 World Cup.
"The huge turnout of fans to welcome us shows they were as desperate for this T20 World Cup title as we were," said India captain Rohit Sharma.
