Even though speculations that Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) may delay the 2021 board exams are on the rise, the board still hasn't made any official announcement regarding the exams.
However, some experts have claimed that the 2021 board exams will not be delayed and CBSE might begin the exams from mid of February 2021 or first week of March 2021. Sources quoted by Zee News have claimed that the board has already started preparations for CBSE 10th & 12th board exams 2021.
The CBSE, under a normal academic calendar, conducts the CBSE Class 10, 12 board examinations in the months of February and March. However, the two national boards - CBSE and CISCE - earlier last month had shared that they are contemplating a decision to either postpone the exams or cut syllabus - or choose a combination thereof.
With many states announcing the delay in the academic calendar of the board exams to May 2021, all eyes are now set on CBSE and its decision. The announcement of CBSE 2021 Board exam dates are highly anticipated by students and other stakeholders across the country.
The CBSE along with CISCE had shared that the two national boards are contemplating whether to postpone Class 10 and 12 Board exams 2021 or reduce syllabus or employ a combination of both. The CBSE usually announces the date sheet for the Class 10 and 12 Board exams in the month of December.
There is no update on CBSE 2021 date sheet as of now and the announcement is likely to come from the Ministry of Education in regards to the academic calendar 2020-21.
