Delhi University will release the first cut-off list 2021 for DU UG admissions 2021 in a few days, as per reports.

Delhi University is all set to commence its admission process for undergraduate courses offered by affiliated universities. As per several media reports, DU is expected to release the first cut off list 2021 for UG admissions by the end of this week.

Delhi University is likely to release the DU first cut-off list 2021 for undergraduate admissions by October 1, 2021. This year, the dates of the Delhi University UG admissions 2021 stand delayed due to the delay in the Class 12 results across the nation, in accordance with the COVID pandemic.

The DU first cut-off list 2021 will be updated on the official website of the varsity once it is released. Students will be able to check the cut-offs for different UG courses offered by DU on the official website of the university, du.ac.in.

This year, as the Class 12 board exams were cancelled and thus, the results were higher than last year, it is expected that the DU UG cut-off marks 2021 will also be higher. It is being speculated that the cut-off for BA courses in DU will go as high as 99.5 percent this year.

The DU first cut-off list 2021 has not been released yet, but St. Stephen’s College has released its separate first cut-off list for undergraduate courses. The cut-off list was released on the college’s website on September 3, and the highest cut-off was for Economics, which stood at 99.5 percent.

Students must note that though it is speculated that the DU first cut-off list 2021 will be released on the website on October 1, the final dates are not confirmed by the varsity yet. Delhi University will most likely release the cut-off list by the end of this week, and then the admissions against the list will be conducted from October 4.

There are around 64 colleges that participate in the DU admissions process, with over 64,000 seats available for undergraduate programmes this year. The seats are provided on a first come first serve basis and once released; candidates will be able to check the cut-off list on the official website of Delhi University, du.ac.in.
