The Indian Army has invited applications from unmarried males and unmarried females (including Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel), for grant of the Short Service Commission in the Indian Army. The joining will be made under NCC Special Entry Scheme 49th Course (APR 2021): Short Service Commission (NT) For Men & Women. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for India Army NCC Recruitment 2021 on joinindianarmy.nic.in on or before January 28, 2021.
Candidates should note that they can appear for only one of the SSB interview. Either for SSC (NT)-113 Course (Apr 2021) /SSC (NT) (Women)-27 Course (Apr 2021) as a CDSE candidate OR as an NCC (Spl) Entry-49 Course (Apr 2021).

Educational Qualification for Indian Army NCC Special Entry Recruitment 2021:
For NCC 'C' Certificate Holders
Degree of a recognised university or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50 percent marks taking into account marks of all the years. Those studying in the final year are also allowed to apply provided they have secured a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks in the first two/three years of three/four years degree course respectively.
Such students will need to secure an overall aggregate of a minimum of 50 percent marks in degree course if selected in interview, failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
For Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel
Degree of a recognised university or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50 per cent marks taking into account marks of all the years.
Age limit for NCC candidates, including wards of Battle Casualties, is 19 to 25 years as on January 1, 2021. The candidates should have born not earlier than January 2, 1996, and not later than January 1 2002.
