Raised in a community where women pursuing higher education away from home was discouraged, Fulara defied norms to study at Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. Her journey continued to the University of Southern California (USC), where she earned a master's degree in engineering management, followed by experiences at Stanford University that honed her practical skills in cutting-edge technology.
