The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) registration process for the NTA NEET UG exam 2021 ends tomorrow (August 10). Candidates can apply for NEET 2021 through the official website, ntaneet.nic.in. The NEET exam is scheduled to be conducted on September 12. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the exam in 13 languages such as English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
The exam will be held in pen and paper mode. In an apparent attempt to provide more flexibility in the current academic year, the government has decided to increase the number of attempts for JEE Mains 2021.
The correction window for NEET-UG 2021 will be open from August 11, 2021, to August 14, 2021. Candidates can edit the application forms within the given dates.
NEET UG 2021 exam is held for admission to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS and other undergraduate medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental /AYUSH and other Colleges/ Deemed Universities /Institutes (AIIMS and JIPMER) in India.
The Centre may approve the move to hold the medical entrance exam NEET twice a year from the next academic year. It is learnt that the Union Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health and family welfare earlier held discussions to hold the NEET entrance exam twice a year from this session itself but the talks did not yield any solid outcome.
