Tina Dabi, UPSC topper of the year 2015 batch, is handling two responsibilities these days. As EGS Commissioner, she has to look after the entire work of MNREGA. The second big responsibility is of her baby boy who is currently 8 months old.

Rajasthan cadre's most popular IAS officer, Tina Dabi, is currently working as the Commissioner of the Employment Guarantee Scheme. After about a year of maternity leave, she got posted again only last month. The state government has appointed Tina Dabi as the Commissioner of the Employment Guarantee Scheme (EGS). The EGS Commissioner has the full responsibility of implementing and monitoring the Central Government's National Employment Guarantee Scheme in the state. Lakhs of people in the state are associated with this scheme operated under the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department.

Along with handling the work of MNREGA across the state, she is also fulfilling a big responsibility as a mother.

In the year 2022, IAS officer Tina Dabi got married for a second time to Rajasthan cadre IAS officer Pradeep Gawande. He hails from Maharashtra. Her younger sister Riya Dabi is also an IAS and she is also in the Rajasthan cadre.

While she was the Jaisalmer collector, the district administration had taken major action on the settlements of Pakistan Hindu migrants. During that time, due to the efforts of IAS officer Tina Dabi, the Pakistani Hindu migrants and their families got rehabilitation. When the rehabilitation took place, IAS officer Tina Dabi also went to meet the affected families. She was pregnant during that time. Seeing this, an elderly woman blessed IAS officer Tina Dabi that she would have a son. The video of this blessing given by the elderly woman also went viral on social media.
