Actor Aamir Khan’s cop look in his forthcoming film Talaash seems to be creating a strong buzz among his fans, who according to trade sources, are already giving the actor a thumbs up for it.
Industry insiders feel that much curiosity and excitement stems from the fact that though Aamir has played a cop earlier in two of his films Baazi and later Sarfarosh, he has not donned the khaki uniform in either of them.
“So naturally Aamir’s fans are looking forward to seeing him in this avatar for the first time on the big screen,” says an insider. The film which is touted by the trade circles to be one of the most-awaited ones, also star actors Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji. While Rani plays Aamir’s wife in the film, Kareena’s role is apparently that of a commercial sex worker. This will be the second film in which Kareena (who earlier played a CSW in Chameli) portrays the role of a prostitute.
