Akash Ambani-Shloka Mehta wedding: Antilla is decked up like a dulhan, see photo

It is just a day to go for Akash Ambani and his long-time sweetheart Shloka Mehta's wedding. The preparations in Jio World Centre are on in full swing. Not just that, the Ambani house i.e. Antilla in South Mumbai too is decked up like a Dulhan.

With flowers and bells hanging outside the gates, this place looks like it is about to get married the very next minute. It is giving us full filmy vibes and all we wait for now is water to splash and flowers to fall when the bride and groom enter the house.

Interestingly Akash and Shloka celebrated their Mehendi function just a day back, after hosting pre-wedding bashes in Switzerland and Mumbai. While Arjun Kapoor-Malaika Arora and Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Shah Rukh Khan, Disha Patani and Jacqueline Fernandez were part of the ceremony held in Switzerland, the Mumbai bash was Harry Potter themed and hosted by Guru Randhawa.

The wedding ceremony will be preceded by assembly of baarat at Trident Hotel, BKC at 3.30 pm. This will be followed by 'baarat swagat' and 'high tea' at 6.30 pm. After the guests relish some delicacies, they will witness the last stage of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta's wedding. Akash and Shloka's 'Hasta Melap' would take place at 8.01 pm. For the uninitiated, Hasta Melap is the ceremony where the bride and the groom join hands and the preist blessed them for a bright life, declaring them husband and wife officially. This would be followed by dinner. Many Bollywood celebrities are expected to attend the wedding and later, the wedding reception of Akash and Mrs. Ambani.
