Kamal Haasan recently told media that he has already started working on his next project. Now he has announced that he will doing a film with actresses Amala Akkineni and Zarina Wahab. The actor told media, “After a long time, I will be acting with Amala garu in an upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual. We are also in talks with another leading heroine, which we will reveal in the coming days.”
Amala was a popular actress in South India before she got married to Tollywood actor Nagarjuna and settled down in Hyderabad. She has acted in several films with Kamal Haasan in her heyday. Sathya and Pesum Padam were two big hits that starred the pair.
The movie that Kamal and Amala will work on will be a bilingual. Bollywood actor Zarina Wahab also plays a key role in the film.
It will be directed by award-winning film maker TK Rajeev Kumar. The movie will be shot in three months and most of the shoot will reportedly be in the US. It will go on floors in January 2016.
