The very sporty Apoorva Lakhia is currently in the interiors of Thailand enjoying the very tough very challenging pleasures of solo skydiving.
Speaking with an obvious sense of pride Apoorva says, "I am getting my skydiving A-levels certificate, have to jump alone from a plane 13,000 feet. I passed the AFF (Accelerated Freefall) y and made 8 solo jumps so far.We travel down the first 1,000 feet at 10 seconds and then the rest from 9,000 feet at 5 seconds and have to pull the parachute by 5,500 feet….. or "all the best"And then float and see the world go by once the shoot opens."
Apoorva describes it as the most awesome experience of his life. "To be up there, thousands and thousands of feet above ground in the sky is a feeling beyond description.It makes you feel like a speck in the universe and yet so awesome. The experience beats filmmaking any day."
