Music maestro and Oscar awardee AR Rahman on Friday visited the famous Ameer Peer Dargah in Kadapah district.
Rahman, a regular visitor to the shrine, was at the Dargah on Friday morning to offer prayers, Kadaph police told PTI.
'The Mozart of Madras', who returned home on Thursday after winning two Oscars for
Slumdog Millionaire, had visited the Dargah last month also to pay obeisance.
Several Bollywood personalities and politicans freqntly visit the shrine, which is 400 kms from here, and is popularly known as
Peeda Dargah.
