After conquering the boxoffice in several Indian languages the film is now going to be released for an international audience.

The feverish fame that S S Rajamouli's Baahubali has acquired seems to be growing by the day. After conquering the box office in several Indian languages the film is now going to be released for an international audience.

Apparently the film is reluctantly being cut down by nearly an hour from its original 2 hours 39 minutes for the international version, much to the annoyance of Rajamouli who had vowed he would never allow a single frame to be cut. Rajamouli reveals that an international English version of Baahubali is indeed being prepared. "The international version would be 2 hours 10 minutes long. The release plan is not yet finalized. I'll let you know," says Rajamouli.

Telugu superstar Nagarjuna, a diehard Baahubali fan is hoping to see the film run shoulders with Hollywood spectacles. Says Nag, "Now that an international version is being released I hope it does to for Indian cinema what Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon did to Hong Kong.I feel Baahubali is a benchmark. Everything that will now happen in Indian cinema will be judged against the excellence of Baahubali."
