On the other hand, Baahubali actor Prabhas has rejected large brand endorsement offers in recent times. From apparel to electronics to FMCG, all categories of brands, prestigious and coveted have offered the actor to come on board as their ambassador for big bucks.

An industry source reveals, "Prabhas is a household name and his popularity cuts across the length and breadth of not just the country but even overseas. So the value that he is capable of bringing to a brand is humongous. And he has declined brand endorsement offers worth over ₹150 crores in just the past one year."

The source further adds, "The reason he has rejected all these brand endorsements is not that he is not open to endorsing. He has endorsed brands in the past and will continue to do so, but he is selective and particular about who he chooses to associate with. He understands the position he is at and therefore prefers using it wisely. All this makes it difficult to get him on board and also makes him exclusive."

Earlier, his spokesperson had revealed that Prabhas had declined endorsements worth 18 crores. "Yes, Prabhas has been approached by several brands. Although he hasn’t agreed to any of them as of now, he has declined a whopping 18 crore worth of brand endorsement,” says the actor’s spokesperson had told Hindustan Times in a 2017 interview.

In fact, in the past, director SS Rajamouli also spilled the beans on how Prabhas let go of brand endorsements worth 10 crores to focus on his film.

So when Prabhas is endorsing a brand, we know that the collaboration is very special.

On the work front, Prabahs will be next seen in 'Radhey Shyaam', 'Salaar' and 'Adipurush'.
