Veera Raghavan is played by Thalapathy Vijay in Beast. In the actioner, he is a RAW agent. The film's creators have teased some incredible action moments. Terrorists hijack a mall in Chennai in the trailer, but they have no idea that Veera Raghavan (Vijay), a RAW agent, is also present and will not allow them to accomplish their wishes.
