Filmmaker-turned actor Farhan Akhtar is currently focusing on just one thing — his upcoming film for which he will step into the shoes of legendary sprinter Milkha Singh.
Those close to the actor insist that the multi-talented Farhan, who usually reserves his energies for just one project at a time has something other than just his current movie playing on his mind.
Apparently, Farhan has already decided to direct his next project. “When Farhan takes up a movie, all he can think about is that project. He literally breathes the project till its completion. But this time he was seen working on the script of his next venture in between the breaks of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag,” says the source.
Farhan is apparently currently shooting in Ferozpur and is keeping the subject of his next venture under wraps. “He’s very secretive about what is next project will be about. And understandably so, because it is still at a nascent stage,” says the source.
But since Farhan is juggling two ventures at the same time between, he is neck-deep in work. One can see him either giving a shot in front of the camera or sitting in his vanity van, working on the script of his next.
So his best friends at the moment are the camera and his laptop, both of whom he is inseparable with,” reveals the source, a unit hand. Apparently, Farhan’s next project is generating a lot of curiosity because he is known to tackle different subjects in each of his films.
“He likes to experiment with the genre of his films. He went through extensive training for his current film which is a biopic of Milkha Singh and has even worked on his look to bring about an authenticity to it. So it would be nice to see what has captured Farhan’s attention this time around,” says the source.
