It's official! Deepika Padukone and Prabhas are all set to be paired opposite each other in Nag Ashwin's upcoming directorial. The announcement was made the team on their social media pages through which they welcomed DP on board. This is set to be a pan-Indian film and Prabhas 21's movie too. The Baahubali starred welcomed Deepika on his Instagram page by writing, "We are very excited to have @deepikapadukone on board, welcome".
While Deepika posted the same video and wrote, "Beyond Thrilled!Cannot wait for what we believe is going to be an incredible journey... #DeepikaPrabhas @nag_ashwin @vyjayanthimovies @actorprabhas". Vyjayanthi Movies also made this exciting news and wrote, "As promised, here it is - our next big announcement! WELCOMING THE SUPERSTAR. #Prabhas21 #DeepikaPrabhas".

Talking about the film and Deepika's involvement, Nag Ashwin said in a statement, "I'm very excited to see Deepika play this character. It is something no mainstream lead has done before and will be quite a surprise for everyone.
