Brands do not define me, I shop by choice

Keeping it simple and classy is what defines model Ranpal Chaudhary’s style quotient...

1 Style is all about comfort for me. Comfort defines how confidently a person carries themselves. Style is when a person wears clothes according to his body type. For example a fat person looks disastrous in a tight fitting T-shirt. He/she needs to wear such clothes only if they have a nice body to carry it off.

2 I am usually sporting a pair of Levis denims. I prefer Levis because it fits well. For shoes on a casual day out I like Kappa because they are very trendy. UCB is my favourite brand for T-shirts. A lot of white and pastel shades are what I stick to when it comes to my wardrobe.

3 My party wear collection would include well-fitting denims and a sexy V-neck T-shirt. I like to keep it simple even at a party. If there is a theme for the party I go by the theme. I don’t find formals very appealing because I don’t find them comfortable. But if it is a must, then it would be a pair of Italian fit trousers that I would wear with a formal shirt.

4 I spend approximately about `15,000 on my clothes and accessories a month. The most expensive piece of clothing so far in my wardrobe is my pair of Levis denims which I purchased just the day before yesterday for `3,800. Among my t-shirts it’s my plain white tee form UCB on which I spent `2,500.

5 Since I like things simple, I do play much with accessories. I keep it minimal with just my wrist watch, belt and sunglasses. My favourite watch brand is Fastrack and Titan. And when it comes to belts, I like the stuff from Adidas and Zara. Add to that a Ray Ban aviator for my eyes and I am good to go.

6 Long hair is what suits me best and it’s very convenient for me to keep it stylish using L’Oreal hair care products. From
shampoo to hair gel, it’s L’Oreal all the way. I don’t like short hair as it makes it difficult for me to style it easily. And being a model not a lot of guys can carry off long hair, hence
my hair is kept long by choice.

7  For my skin, I swear by Lush. It is an international brand that I have trusted for a long time now.

8 I make it a point to use a scrub and a moisturizer for my face. It keeps my skin glowing through out the day.

9 My favourite brands are Levis, Lee, UCB and Zara. When I am out with friends I like to be in a pair of shorts from Levis, slippers from Lee and T-shirt from UCB. Though, brands do not define me, I shop by choice.

10 I’ve always looked upto Salman Khan as my style guru. He is simple yet classy. He follows his own style and that’s what I admire about him.
