Cancer-stricken Jade Goody left the hospital steps behind to go home and make arrangements for her fairytale wedding.

The 27-year-old, bent on defying medics by walking down the aisle on February 22 after being given eight weeks to live, left London's Royal Marsden Hospital in a wheelchair while being in visible pain.

The Big Brother celebrity, who has been receiving treatment for cervical cancer, apparently had a morphine administrator hanging out of her mouth as she was helped by porters into an ambulance.

Jade refused the hospital chapel as the wedding venue and returned to her Upshire residence to be with her sons Bobby, five, Freddie, four, and her partner of three years Jack Tweed.

"I am going to die in this hospital, so I don't want to get married here," The Sun quoted her as saying.

"But wherever we tie the knot, I'm determined to walk down that aisle.

"I'm so looking forward to being a bride. And I want to walk toward my groom, just like any other young woman would on what is meant to be the best day of their lives," she added.
