Bucket List trailer: Madhuri Dixit's Marathi debut looks like a joyful journey of self-discovery

Madhuri Dixit is back on the big screen. The actress is making her debut in Marathi cinema with 'Bucket List' and the trailer promises a delightful watch at the cinema halls.

Dhak Dhak girl is shining bright in each and every frame of the trailer. The film revolves around a housewife played by Madhuri who fulfils the wish list of a heart donor who saved the life of her family member. The film also reunites with her onscreen sister Renuka Shahane from 1994 film, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun and also has an aww-dorable cameo by Ranbir Kapoor. 

The two and a half minute trailer starts off by Madhuri's character finding a breakthrough in her monotonous life when she decides to fulfil the donor's bucket list. From learning how to ride a motor bike to getting drunk in a pub and adding some kinky romance in her life, her character goes through a joyful journey of self-discovery. Her husband's character is played Sumeet Raghavan in this entertaining film. The trailer also promises that all her fans will get to see dancing queen on the dance floor as well. 

Karan Johar who is presenting 'Bucket List' shared the trailer on Twitter and wrote, "She is back and is ready to tick everything off her #BucketList! #BucketListTrailer out now" The film hits theatres on May 25th 2018.

In an interview to DNAAfterHrs earlier, Madhuri Dixit said she had been waiting for the right script to do a film in her mother tongue. She said,  “I was longing to work in a Marathi film and with my debut through Bucket List, my wish is being fulfilled. Marathi films have been content-driven and evolving interest world over. There couldn’t be a better birthday-month gift for me than Karan presenting it this summer. Like my millions of fans, I am truly excited and looking forward to share my experience with you all.”

Apart from 'Bucket List', Madhuri Dixit will also be seen in 'Total Dhamaal' with Anil Kapoor and 'Kalank' with Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sanjay Dutt
