Hollywood star Michael Douglas, who was recently diagnosed with throat cancer, now thinks he lost out on a lot of fun while working hard for fame.
"Maybe I could have relaxed a little more and had more fun," News of the World quoted him as saying.
"But I felt I'd a lot to prove to my father (Hollywood icon Kirk, now 93) so I had to succeed," he added.
The Oscar-winner, who faces chemo and radiation for his throat tumour, is, however, thrilled with what he's achieved so far.
"Yeah, I like my batting average," said Douglas, 65.
And he still plans to promote new movie Wall Street 2 before its September release.
