Mallika Sherawat started the Indian campaign at the 69th Cannes Film Festival, on Wednesday. The Myth star walked the red carpet for Woody Allen's Cafe Society which opened the most-talked about film festival of the year.

Sherawat wore an off-shoulder Georges Hobeika gown. The dress had golden embellishments and the trail was printed with blue flower motifs.

Mallika's is in South of France to promote her international movie Time Raiders. Directed by Daniel Lee, the movie was shot in sub-zero temperatures in China in 2015. 

Mallika paired the gown with precious rocks by Mellerio.

The star-studded event saw festival regulars Julianne Moore, Eva Longoria, Naomi Watts walk the red carpet for the opening ceremony.

Other Indian beauties, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor, are also set to dazzle in Cannes.
