For a while we’ve been hearing rumours about a reunion of the main star cast of Friends and finally it’s confirmed that all six actors will reunite this February on NBC. The entire cast is reuniting next month for a two-hour special that is a tribute for veteran sitcom director James Burrows who recently directed his 1000th TV episode (which include 15 Friends episodes).
Interestingly, Burrows had a cameo in Friends as well (The One With The Butt) as the director of the movie in which Joey is cast (and subsequently fired for overacting) as Al Pacino’s butt double. It’s confirmed that all of them – Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt Le Blanc and Matthew Perry – will return for the reunion. Other stars who will attend will include actors from The Big Bang Theory and Mike & Molly.
