Diff'rent Strokes star Gary Coleman's official death certificate has declared that the actor died from an accidental 'fall'.
Coleman's death certificate, which was obtained by ET.com, comes a week after claims made by the actor's family that "foul play" may have been involved in their son's passing.
Prior to his death, Coleman had been involved in a series of domestic disturbances with his ex-wife, Shannon Price, 25, and just last year she had been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.
Though Coleman and Price divorced in 2008, the duo was reportedly living together at the time of his death.
"If I had the dollars, I'd hire someone to take another look at the body to see if there was any blunt force trauma to the head," the New York Daily News quoted Victor Perillo, the spokesperson for Coleman's parents, as saying.
But according to the actor's death certificate, the only other complications associated with his passing were "chronic renal failure and complications".
The 42-year-old actor had been on four-hour dialysis prior to hitting his head and suffering a fatal brain haemorrhage. The document also lists Price as Coleman's spouse and "informant" as she called 911 after her ex reportedly hit his head.
Price pulled the plug on her ex-husband on May 28 after doctors told her he would never recover from his injuries. She claims she turned off the machine keeping Coleman alive because she didn't want him to end up like Muhammad Ali.
