Breakfast
I start my morning with a cup of black tea. After my shower I have a bowl of papaya with skimmed milk, honey, five almonds and then a glass of coconut water.

I also have an apple or orange as a mid day meal.

I prefer eating something every two hours.

Lunch
For lunch I have two chapattis with vegetables, curd and a bowl of salad.

If I am really hungry I have poha, upma or vegetable sandwiches.

Sometimes I munch biscuits. I am not a fitness freak but I like eating right.

Dinner
I have two rotis and dal with some vegetables. I am not a rice eater but if I do eat I prefer brown rice.

I don’t drink or smoke but I have a weakness for chocolates.

I know it’s important to eat right and have a healthy mind but I do binge on junk food sometimes.

Workout
When I am not shooting I work out regularly. I do 40 minutes of weights, 10 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of stretching.

On alternate days I do traditional yoga.

Naini’s recommendation
Breakfast - Never start your day with black tea. Start with hot water and lime with ginger and mint leaves. Papaya should be combined with coconut water. Have milk with almonds after half an hour later.
You’re low on proteins so you should add some sprouts for lunch.

Mid-evening - If you are hungry you can munch on nuts like almonds, walnuts as they provide essential omega 3 fatty acids. Instead of munching biscuits try switching to nuts.

Snacks - Since you love chocolates you can always have them made of natural sugar such as dates, dry fruits and jaggery and fats such as nuts. Try increasing your cardio to at least 30 minutes every alternate day.
