Dine out with Sharad
Actor Sharad Kapoor opens his second restaurant, Tangerine One.
Sharad Kapoor recently opened his second eatery, Tangerine One, at MG Road in Bangalore, thereby joining the league of Bollywood stars who own restaurants like Suneil Shetty, Asha Bhonsle, Bobby Deol, Dino Morea and Perizaad Zorabian.
This 12,000 square feet restaurant serves Chinese and continental cuisine. While the first floor is the eating section, the second floor is a lounge bar. “I’m very excited as Bangalore is a cosmopolitan city and people are sure to like the palate. I just hope that it is accepted as warmly as the previous one in Kolkata,” said the excited actor who hopes to score a hit with his cuisine to match his hits onscreen.
He says, however, that he has no plans yet of opening a third restaurant in Mumbai. We’ll wait and watch on that.
