A charity album, created to help Haiti earthquake victims, has topped the Billboard chart.The album, featuring performances from the disaster relief telethon, Hope For Haiti Now, sold 171,000 copies, according to music sales tracker Nielsen Soundscan.The telethon, which saw participation of stars including Jay-Z, Madonna and U2, was said to have raised $66 million, reports The BBC.Haitian-born rapper Wyclef Jean, Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Hudson, Rihanna and Stevie Wonder also performed at the event.        The massive earthquake has claimed as many as 2,00,000 people since it shook the Caribbean region on January 12.
