Australian actor Hugh Jackman is reportedly planning to add another member to his
family by adopting another child.

The X-Men star has already adopted two children --Oscar, 8, and Ava, 3 with his wife Deborrah Lee Furness is all set adopt a third child, reported the National Enquirer.

"Hugh is a big believer in adoption - not just personally, but from a world view of extending help to parentless children," a source close to the actor told the publication.

The 41-year-old star and his wife turned to adoption after a series of failed attempts to conceive.

"They are adopting another child now, and plan to welcome a fourth into their family down the road. It has become their mission."

Jackman, who has been married to Deborra-Lee for 13 years, he felt strongly about opening his home to multi-racial children.

"Mixed-race babies have such a hard time being adopted that Deb and I checked off that box specifically when we were filling out our forms," Jackman said.

"Our lawyer brought the form back to us and said, 'This is not the time to be politically correct. Are you sure this is what you want?' We were definite about it. Adoption is
about taking a baby into your home and your heart. It's the best thing we've ever done," he added.
