Anil Kapoor received largely positive reviews for the season one of drama TV series 24 and the actor, who has begun working on season two, is going through mixed set of emotions.

The 58-year-old Dil Dhadakne Do star is nervous and excited at the same time about the second season of the series, adapted from popular American show of the same name.

"A little nervous, anxious and super excited! I can feel the adrenaline pumping as I approach the sets of #24IndiaS2!," Anil tweeted.

The actor-producer, who launched the Indian version, will reprise his role of ATU chief Jai Singh Rathod in the upcoming season.

24 is a real time finite espionage international series, which traces the journey of Anti Terrorist Unit (ATU) Chief Jai Singh Rathod as he battles the odds in the line of duty over the course of 24 hours.

The series is being produced by Anil Kapoor Film Co, and Ramesh Deo Productions. It is directed by Abhinay Deo and Rensil DSilva. The show is likely to go on air from early next year on Colors Channel.
