While there are a lot of new comers in the film industry, Shraddha is not insecure about her position.

Happy with the success of her recent release 'Aashiqui 2', actress Shraddha Kapoor says she does not believe in competition and is her own competitor.

While there are a lot of new comers in the film industry, Shraddha is not insecure about her position.

"I like to compete with myself and let my work do the talking," Shraddha said.

The actress also talked of how she deals with success, post the of release of 'Aashiqui 2'.

"I keep this thought of success at the back of my mind. I don't let success go to head and failure to heart. Today I am smiling big when I see my parents smiling and enjoying the success of the film," Shraddha said.

Even her brother Siddhanth made his acting debut with a successful film 'Shootout at Wadala'.

"We converse a lot about films as that is generally the atmosphere at home," she said.

Shraddha would be seen with Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor in 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein'.

"I am happy and feel lucky to do a film with Karan Johar's home production. It was great working with Imran Khan, unfortunately I don't have many scenes with Kareena. I wish I could work with her," she expressed.

When asked if she was snobbish as a child, Shraddha, the daughter of popular actor Shakti Kapoor and niece of renowned actress Padmini Kolhapure, admitted that she was so but was very much proud of being from a filmy background.

"I did go through that phase (of being snobbish). I was extremely proud of being my father's daughter... I had my head held high. But I have also always been grounded, thanks to my parents," she said.
