Gary Mehigan, the warm and affable judge of Masterchef Australia is keen to be a part of Junior Masterchef India that is slated to air from August 17. Gary, who is quite fond of Indian food, has indicated that he will be coming to India in October, say sources. This will be the first time that Gary will be coming to the country.
As for the show, we hear that the kids are turning out to be such good cooks that even the judges are taken aback. “One of the girls cuts the vegetables so fine that the judges are talking about taking training from her! The kids’ knowledge of various cooking techniques and the ingredients that go into the dishes is so good that they can compete with the adults,” adds a source.
